**Sending your item back**
To return your product, please contact us at info@holisticbeautyuxbridge.com for authorization before shipping your item. Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
**Late or missing refunds** (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, reach out to your branch as there is often a processing period before a refund appears. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Additionally, If you have completed these initial steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@holisticbeautyuxbridge.com for further assistance.

**Gifts**
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. However, if the item wasn't marked as a gift or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will process a refund to the gift giver, which means they'll be informed about your return.
Due to the regulations set by the brand, we are currently only allowed to ship Biologique Recherche products in Canada.
