You can return any unwanted products within 10 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in unused condition. We will process your refund or offer a credit within 7 business days from the time we receive your return.
We proudly ship anywhere in Canada, but please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150 (after discounts and before taxes). For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies. Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding federal and provincial statutory holidays. Our processing time begins once your order is successfully submitted and may take up to 1-2 business days to dispatch. Please be aware that processing may be extended during peak sale periods. Before shipping, we may need to hold your payment for verification.
**Delivery Times**
Estimated delivery time within Canada is 3-5 business days. Please be aware that deliveries to remote areas may take longer. While we strive to meet these shipping windows, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather. For a smooth delivery experience, please provide a phone number for the shipping address, allowing our carriers to reach the recipient if needed. **Carrier Delivery Delay**
Please note that our delivery times are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Please understand that we cannot send a replacement package until we receive confirmation from the carrier about the status of your initial package.

**Availability and Out-of-Stock**
Shipping is subject to product availability. In rare instances where certain items are out of stock, those items may be removed from your order while the rest will still be shipped. **Unclaimed Parcel**
If the carrier is unable to deliver your item as intended, it will be sent to a Canada Post office for you to pick up. If you receive a delivery notification, please follow the instructions provided on the notice to retrieve your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number sent to you via email. When visiting the office to collect your parcel, remember to present the required documents.
